The colors of all boards are completely customizable. Select up to three colors! If no custom colors are provided, we will re-create the colors pictured in the example.

After you place your order, we’ll send you a cremation collection kit in the mail with clear, step-by-step instructions for securely sending us a small portion of your pet’s ashes. We handle every memorial with heartfelt care and reverence. Your collection kit also includes a return label to send us your completed kit.

Return Policy: Please reach out to us with any issues to your order. Due to the custom nature of each order, we do not accept returns. If your order has a defect, we will happily replace it.

Question: How do I ship my loved ones/pets cremated remains to you?
Answer: Cremated Remains should be sent to us in a secure, tracked envelope or package. Please include your order number with your love ones’ remains. Packages should be sent with tracking to;

Question: What amount of remains are needed to create a piece?
Answer: We can make a board or other memorial piece using a very small amount of cremated remains. For reptiles and small animals, we typically create pieces that require only a teaspoon or less of remains. For humans, it depends on the desired piece. Ornaments and stones require 1/4 teaspoon per piece. Cremation boards require about 4-5 tablespoons per board. If any cremated remains are remaining after your artwork is complete, we will return them to you with your finished project.
Question: What is your turn-around time?
Answer: Our turn-around time varies. We are currently shipping orders 1-2 weeks after we receive the cremated remains. If cremated remains are not required, our processing time is 1-2 weeks after placing an order.
